How It Works
1. Pre-event walk through of the home to understand the kitchen and display tables logistics
2. Detailed presentation of menus for passed appetizers, charcuterie displays, entrees and desserts. 
3. We discuss the timeline for when guests will be served each course, what tables are being used. And can provide rentals, ice sculptures, custom cocktails, and small details that make the food an elevated experience. 
4. On-site coordination throughout the event to make sure every detail is perfect. We also provide a cleaning team.
